Terms of Service
1. The service
Doxt Stock publishes an append-only ledger of AI-generated judgments (direction, confidence, evidence, invalidation conditions) on a fixed universe of US-listed instruments, settled by deterministic code against market data, together with a rule-based simulated paper account. All figures are simulated results that include modeled commissions and slippage. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on the service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser or money manager; we never place orders and never hold client funds. You are solely responsible for any investment decision you make. The service may be unavailable, contain errors, or settle late; market data is supplied by third parties and may be delayed or imperfect.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. You may delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for what is removed). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (automated scraping beyond fair use, attempts to bypass rate limits or plan limits, or interference with the ledger).
4. Public ledger & acceptable use
Judgments, evidence and settlements on the public ledger are published permanently and cannot be edited or deleted — that immutability is the point of the product. You may share links to the ledger freely. You may not misrepresent our data as advice, republish substantial portions of the ledger commercially without written permission, or attack the service's availability.
5. Paid tiers
The public ledger is free. Paid tiers (where offered, e.g. via in-app purchase) add capacity (watchlist size, alerts). Paid features are governed also by the applicable app-store terms. Prices and features may change with notice; existing paid periods are never re-priced mid-term.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing). We are not liable for lost profits, trading losses, or indirect damages.
7. Changes & termination
We may modify the service or these terms with notice on the site. If you disagree with changes, stop using the service and request account deletion. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment; consumer protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
